HOME VISITS

 

We respectfully request that you attend surgery if at all possible.  Attending surgery enables the Doctor to make a more thorough examination and the Doctor has access to professional facilities to ensure optimum treatment of your condition.  For Patients with mobility problems our surgery has full disabled access and we can provide a wheelchair.  Please ask at Reception.

We do understand that in exceptional circumstances a home visit may be necessary.

 

 

URGENT VISITS

If you feel if you are unable to attend surgery please phone us as soon as possible; before 10am.  The Doctor will most probably ring you first to assess your need for a home visit.

 

In an emergency, dial 112 or 999 for an ambulance.

ROUTINE VISITS

 

Housebound patients will be offered routine visits by their normal Doctor at a mutually convenient time.
